Name: Summoning: Quintuple Rashomon Rank: S Rank Chakra Cost: 165 Force: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Hand Signs: None Range: The distance between each gate is 75 meters Requirements: Know Summoning: Triple Rashomon, SS Rank Ninjutsu Description: While one already boasting enormous defensive properties, with this technique the user summons five Rashōmon gates to block an incoming attack. The defence is quite formidable, and with five gates, the user is also able to change the trajectory of an attack as powerful as a Tailed Beast Ball equipped with a Susanoo Sword. The defensive qualities of this technique is further boosted by the lack of hand seals required to perform this technique.
The range of force that these gates can block is quite superior to that of the previous Rashomon summonings, and as such, are the same values +350 force. An example is the fact that the Summoning: Rashomon gate can block attacks up to 500 force completely without damage, these gates can do the same of techniques up to 850 without any damage and so on. If an attack hits and passes through the first gate, it loses 25% of it's force. If an attack hits and passes through the second gate, it loses another 25% of its current force. If it hits and passes through the third gate, it loses another 25% of its current force, and so on. Drawbacks: For every gate that is dented, you may summon one less gate the next time you use this technique. Once you only have one gate to summon, you may not use this technique. Name: Gentle Rain Style: Swift Tide Pierce Rank: A Chakra Cost: 70 Force: Strength+Speed/2 Type: Bukijutsu Element: N/A Hand Signs: N/A Range: Short Range/0-2 meters Requirements: Have Byakugan active, be taught by Choku or someone who knows the technique Description: The user, enhancing their vision with the Byakugan, allowing them to see the opponent's tenketsu, strikes swiftly with either the hilt/handle of their weapon or the tip of their weapon's blade at 3 tenketsu points around each of the target's shoulders, one strike projecting chakra outwards to hit each of 3 points per shoulder. Projecting their chakra through their weapon, the user effectively eliminates the use of the target's arms for one post through the disruption of their nerves and chakra flow. A target whose Endurance is higher than the force of this attack may counter this and still use their arms, but no jutsu involving the flow/molding of chakra can be performed for one post. Name: Summoning: Triple Rashomon Rank: A Rank Chakra Cost: 110 Force: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Hand Signs: N/A Range: The distance between each gate is 75 meters Requirements: Know both the Summoning Technique and Summoning: Rashomon Description: The Summoning: Triple Rashōmon is an upgrade to the standard Summoning: Rashōmon, which — as its name suggests — summons not one, but three menacing Rashōmon. The technique requires two summoning seals to be completed, and these gates serve the same function as the single Rashōmon, but with triple the defence. The first gate takes the attack head-on, the second reduces the attack's power and the third disperses the pressure, causing all attacks that come in contact with it to lose their power before they can be effective. The defensive capabilities of this technique are further boosted by the lack of hand seals required to perform this technique.
Each gate can block attacks with the same ranges in force as the regular Summoning: Rashomon can. However, if an attack hits and passes through the first gate, it loses 25% of it's force. If an attack hits and passes through the second gate, it loses another 25% of its current force. If it hits and passes through the third gate, it loses another 25% of its current force. Name: Rain Man Sealing Method: Half-Zatoichi Rank: B Chakra Cost: 70 Force: N/A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Hand Signs: Snake - Ram - Tiger - Horse - Half Tiger Range: Self Requirements: An object applicable to the face to place seal on. Must be taught by Choku or someone else who has learned this technique Description: The user forms the necessary handseals, molds their chakra, and then places this seal on an item or accessory that can be applied to the face. This seal is used to hide/"seal" the chakra signature of a dojutsu eye, such as the Sharingan or Byakugan. Once the seal is applied to the accessory, the user must put that item over the target eye(s) they wish to be hidden. Once done, the chakra signature of the eye(s) are invisible to any chakra sensing technique or dojutsu until the seal is broken. The seal can be released by the user by forming the same handseals for this technique backwards and saying "Release". This seal also hides the physical strain visible caused by some dojutsu, such as the Byakugan's veins. Despite this, the user will still very much so feel the strain no less intense than normal from using their dojutsu. Some eyes, such as Byakugan, can still be used under this seal, as the Byakugan can see through and into objects. Drawbacks: Once the seal has been released, the user must form a new seal over another object. This cannot be done in the same thread the seal was released. Also, the user may be tricked through Genjutsu to release the seal, or, it may be undone by other Fuuinjutsu methods. In addition, if you were to use a jutsu through the covered dojutsu, such as Susano'o for Mangekyou Sharingan, the eye would be able to be sensed even through the seal. Name: Rain Man Sealing Method: Bloody Bullets Rank: B Chakra Cost: 45 Force: N/A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: Blood Release Hand Signs: Half Tiger Seal Range: Blood can be manipulated out to 10 meters from the seal's location Requirements: Be taught by Choku or other who knows this technique, have access to Blood Release (Taught or part of Shoshinku, no other elements than Water) Description: The user places a seal on a surface, most commonly on that of a weapon, and draws their own blood through blood manipulation and pours it into the seal. At any time, by forming a half tiger seal and saying "Release", the user can release the seal and project the blood at high speed towards a target through blood manipulation. This can also be used to seal other people's blood, like all Blood Release techniques. Drawbacks: The common drawback of all Blood Release techniques, if the user uses their own blood for these techniques 3+ times in a thread, their Endurance is cut by 25% for the remainder of the thread Combination with other techs: Can be used in conjunction or as a medium for all other Blood Release techniques, including the ability to prepare Blood Release techniques and seal them using this technique.
Name: Sealing Method: Air Distribution Rank: B Chakra Cost: 50 Force: N/A Type: Fuuinjutsu Element: N/A Hand Signs: Snake - Tiger - Ram Range: Can be used within 2m of user Requirements: N/A Description: The user creates a seal and slams hand onto ground, using this technique to seal all of the air in air pockets within the earth, causing it to crumble and fall in altitude of up to a difference of 20 feet lower than it's original height. The air sealed is gathered in a ball in the user's hand, which can then be slammed into ground, and, with a half tiger seal and saying "Release", the seal can be released, pushing the air that had been previously sealed into the ground again, raising a section up by a maximum of 20 feet. The section of ground whose height is changed can be a maximum size of a 5m by 5m surface area. Starting at a 5 foot increase/decrease in ground height, every 5 feet added to the value costs 10 Chakra more, with 20 feet being 80 Chakra. Drawbacks: The air sealed cannot be distributed into anything other than the ground Combination with other techs: Earth release users may use the raised ground or hollowed areas in their techniques.
Name: Summoning: Rashomon Rank: B Rank Chakra Cost: 55 Force: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Element: N/A Hand Signs: Snake Range: N/A Requirements: Know the Summoning Technique Description: Shut tightly, this menacing gate when summoned provides a tremendous defence for its summoner and is able to completely intercept an opponent's physical attack. According to Sakon and Ukon, this technique boasts an ultimate defence and the fact that Kiba Inuzuka and Akamaru managed to dent it was no small feat. In the anime, this gate also possesses offensive capabilities, able to launch a giant swarm of blades at the opponent, though the gates themselves are vulnerable to attacks that cripple their base, causing them to collapse. With enough mastery over this technique, the user can use it or its stronger variations without the need for hand seals.
The gate summoned by this technique is 100 meters tall, and 80 meters across, and can block attacks of up to 500 force completely, while it can block attacks with up to a force of 750 and be dented, while if the attack reaches 1,000 force or higher the gate will be busted open completely. The gate stays in place for 5 posts, with a normal cooldown once it has disappeared of 5 posts. If it is hit by a technique with enough force to dent it, it may not be summoned for another 8 posts. If the gate is busted open, it cannot be summoned for 16 posts. Drawbacks: See cooldown above Combination with other techs: N/A

Name: Water Prison Technique Rank: C Chakra Cost: 35 Force: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Hand Signs: Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out or Snake → Ox → Clap Hands Range: Prison can be formed up to 2m away from user Requirements: N/A Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move or breathe while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. It can also be stored in scrolls as traps. Drawbacks: The user must keep one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. It can be broken out of by techniques that expel large amounts of chakra released to disrupt the chakra flow of the prison, such as Gentle Fist Art: One Body Blow. Combination with other techs: Can be combo'd with nearly any Water Release technique
Name: Water Clone Technique Rank: C Chakra Cost: 25 Force: Have 1/10th of user's stats to be applied for jutsu usage and fighting Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Hand Signs: Tiger Range: Clones created cannot travel out of 10m from the user without it losing control Requirements: N/A Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. Drawbacks: "The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control." Combination with other techs: The water these clones are made of can be used to perform other Water Release techniques

The contract comes in the form of a scroll, on which the contractor uses their own blood to sign their name and place their fingerprints and once signed it is valid even after the contractors death as long as the contract itself remains intact. After this they need only offer an additional donation of blood on the hand they signed the contract with, mould their chakra with hand seals and then plant the hand they signed the contract with at the location they wish to summon the creature. The amount of chakra used during the summoning determines how powerful the summoned creature can be. Drawbacks: N/A Combination with other techs: N/A

Name: Hiding in Mist Technique Rank: D Chakra Cost: 15 (If doubled the thickness of the mist increases, making it nigh impossible to see without Byakugan) Force: N/A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Water Hand Signs: Tiger Range: 30 meters Requirements: N/A Description: The Hiding in Mist Technique is a speciality of the ninja from Kirigakure, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu. Drawbacks: N/A Combination with other techs: The mist from this technique can be used by Choku's ability, "A Man at Peace With Rain", or other techniques that utilize mist.
Name: Shunshin No Jutsu Rank: D Chakra Cost: 10 Force: - Type: Ninjutsu Element:- Hand Signs: Ram Range: 0-30m Requirements:- Description: The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalize the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination. The seal for the jutsu need to be activated each time between uses. 350=Bonus Speed Drawbacks: - Moves From Point A To B,no other actions can be done mid movement. Combination with other techs: -

- Due to a huge amount of combat experience and his samurai style training, Choku can dodge attacks with 1.5x increased max reaction speed, and block/cut attacks with up to 1.5x his Strength in force, but only while wielding a blade.

- Choku has lived long within the ruins of Amegakure, and is very experienced in Water Release specialization. As such, he is able to use water of rain and mist in his techniques, able to manipulate and gather water from both, solidifying mist into water when necessary, and use those sources for his technique, giving him an adaptable and versatile source of water in combat for jutsu use. Along with this, he can change the state of the water from water to mist and back again.
-Iaido Mastery
- Choku has mastered the samurai fighting style of iaido. Iaido is associated with the smooth, controlled movements of drawing the sword from its scabbard or saya, striking or cutting an opponent, removing blood from the blade, and then replacing the sword in the scabbard. When striking with this style, Choku's Strength is increased by +75, and he may cut fully through techniques or weapons whose Force is half or less than the force of Choku's own attacks.

Staff has not even decided what to do with it,a nd I was not even informed it was finished. This is for PLOT likely, and even if it were not; any tech like this EVERYONE should have the opportunity to try and get.
