PostSubject: Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko]   Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] EmptyTue Aug 19, 2014 12:17 am

Angel was out for her early morning workout.  She focused on Taijutsu maneuvers so she could increase her skill quickly.  Having lost a lot of physical prowess she had to work often to get back to her former glory.  The sun would just barely be rising as Angel took her second break.  They day had turned out hot and clammy which Angel hated.  Though, it could just be the blood rushing through her body that made her feel hot and clammy.  Angel sat by a stream and washed her face in the cool water.

As the Leader of the Earth pillar section of the clan, it was Angel’s job to provide new techniques for the clan.  Unfortunately her Taijutsu just wasn’t up to what it used to be so she was unable to perform the Clans basic Taijutsu to perfection, let alone derive variants for the other members.  The other Heads of the Family were showing off developing technique after technique.  Angel woulf not be done in by such children though.  Punching the ground Angel stood up and got back to training.  Soon she would be back in good form.  And then she would help lead the Hyuuga family to greatness.

PostSubject: Re: Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko]   Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] EmptyTue Aug 19, 2014 12:39 am

A young girl, barely five feet and four inches in height, made her ways through the highly forested areas of the Fire Country, her feet moving back and forth as they propelled her body forward gracefully and gently. Her body swayed ever so slightly as she moved, walking towards her usual spot where some training dummies were located. After all, the most efficient method of training ones physical strength was always practicing on reinforced dummies. The young girl, Yuki Hyuuga, made it to her spot and turned to face the dummies, her fists raised as she wasted no time in getting in her stance. She closed her eyes, taking a deep breath as she took form, her byakugan activating in an instant. She let a quick jab fly at the head of the dummy, following up with a second and third strike to its gut and chest respectively. She proceeded to jab and punch the dummy with great force and efficiency, modifying the rhythm of her breathing for optimal performance and speed. She would punch, breath quickly, punch, breath quickly, punch and breath quickly once more over and over again, timing her breaths perfectly as to preserve her stamina.

This went on for several minutes before she finally took heed of another's presence in the forest. Not too far away from her location, there was a young female who appeared to be a Hyuuga just like Yuki. Yuki stopped her training for a brief moment to turn her head, looking directly at the female through the density of the trees, utilizing the mighty power of her byakugan to do so. She tilted her head as she wondered how to approach the girl. After all, Yuki was always up for making new friends and the girl appeared to be working out just like Yuki. Perhaps it would be favorable for both of them to work out together? After all, two heads were better than one in just about any scenario, even training. To have a training partner meant much greater efficiency in one's training. Yuki smiled gently before making her way through the trees, gracefully maneuvering around them as if they were hardly there. Finally she made it through to the small clearing to see the girl sitting next to a stream.

Yuki approached the girl, with a gentle wave and the same genuine smile that she often held. Yuki might have appeared beyond your average Hyuuga in terms of appearance. Few Hyuugas, if any, possessed pure blonde hair like Yuki. Most had a large variety of differing hair colors but almost none actually possessed blonde hair. This was a trait unique to Yuki due to her lineage, though it was not necessarily a good one. She was more than happy with her blonde hair, even if it meant that she was an outcast to some of the stricter Hyuuga clan members. The prideful ones that did not accept those who were not of perfectly pure Hyuuga blood. Her eyes, being so deep and white, were easy to get lost in. At this point, Yuki had deactivated her byakugan and reverted her eyes to their standard appearance, two pupil-less irises that radiated purity. Her face was cutely shaped and relatively small as far as her forehead, nose, and chin were concerned. Her lips were full yet not too large, with a pinkish hue to them. She often kept them pursed together when deep in thought and would pull out a gentle smile when looking to comfort her allies, which she attempted to do in this case.

Her hair, being blonde, was pure and clean in many ways. Her bangs extended down to just below her eyebrows, waving to the side so that they did not obstruct her vision. While she also had a bit of hair on either side of her head that extended down to the bottom of her neck. In the back, her hair flowed all the way down to around her waist-area. She often kept it loose and waving in the wind but today was different. Instead, she had decided to tie it up into two pony tails that each extended down evenly to her waist. She often tied them with blue ribbons when she did this but today had chosen to use pink ribbons. She had tied the pony tails so neatly and perfectly, making them look nice and neat. She was actually quite proud of herself as she was not often very good with things such as hair. The fact that she was able to do her ponytails so well was a testament to how good she was at things which she did not even do often.

Yuki was quite happy to have met someone else of her clan out in the forest. After all, she was always happy to meet new comrades that she had not previously encountered. All that meant was that she could make more new friends and that was always a plus. Their reasoning for being out in the forest was perhaps the same, Yuki reasoned. After all, why else would one venture out to the densely forested area other than to escape the buzzing of people all you, or to train. Yuki was interested in what the girl was doing there and whether or not she would be willing to train with Yuki. Perhaps a spar? Yuki was more than willing for either to be the case. After all, as previously stated, a training partner was somewhat vital to one's training experience. One should never take them for granted. She had no intentions to force a spar on the girl, however, and should the girl ask Yuki to leave she would do so just as well. She was not going to impose on the girl's training if she was unwanted. However, she was sure that this was not the case. Perhaps the girl would be just as eager to train with a partner as Yuki was?

"My name is Yuki! It's nice to meet you." she said with a genuine smile, her eyes lighting up.

PostSubject: Re: Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko]   Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] EmptyTue Aug 19, 2014 1:41 am

As Angel sat by the pool she felt the approach of another chakra.  The one approaching was doing nothing to make their sound so Angel knew they had no intention of sneaking up on her.  She waited as the young girl entered the clearing.  She was a pretty girl, young and energetic as she was out so early.  She introduced herself as Yuki when she finally was fully in the clearing.  Yuki Was familiar to Angel, as Angel had seen her around the complex.  Yuki had memorably Blonde hair which was odd for a Hyuuga.  Hyuuga Normally had grey or black hair also wore very little color.  In Angel’s opinion the Hyuuga were boring.  But it took a girl like this to give Angel hope.  Her own Red hair had more than once gotten harsh comments.  Even since she had arrived she had been looked down on for being different.  But that was probably for other reasons.  Angel had not been a part of the Clan for very long…well not this clan.  There really was no easy way to explain the fact that angel had been born into the Hyuuga some 500 years earlier.  During a Battle her father who was renowned for his mastery of Space time Jutsu.  He developed jutsu and trained his Daughter, and on that day he bestowed her with his essence and transported her to the future.

Angel had arrived here in this time of distrust and mercilessness.  But the trip seemed to have taken something away from her.  It was the ability to successfully perform the clan’s jutsu.  The 8 trigams style was the lifes blood of the Hyuuga and a major part of her ability so she had to work in the morning before the Clan awoke to return her abilities.  When Yuki showed up Angel felt a little relieved.  Yuki smiled at her as if nothing was amiss.  Many of the other members sneered at her.  Angel had Deep Red hair, another gift from her father.  But it seemed in a Clan focused so heavily on tradition they reject even their own for the only reason is that they are different.  Angel was pumped again.

“Hello Yuki my name is Angel.  Perhaps you’ve heard of me around the village?  It doesn’t matter much.  Would you help me?  I need a sparring partner to remind me of something I’ve forgotten.  Don’t let my age fool you.”  Angel stretched her body out a bit.  She was 39 years old.  Older than most ninja lived to be.  But with her strength, well her former strength, She had no problem surviving the rigors of the battlefield.  “I’m actually quite spry.”  Angel rotated her arm around the shoulder.  “What do you say?”

When Angel came out to practice like this every morning she wore the brown training Hakama over a tan tunis that allowed her no restriction of movement.  The 8 trigams technique was not one that could be accomplished when the user could not move.  Another thing that Yuki might or might not notice is Angel’s tough bare feet.  They looked weathered and worn as Angel hadn’t worn shoes to protect them in over 12 years.  She occasionally wore ceremonial attire but for the most part even fighting in the mountains of Kumo to the sands of Suna Angel went without shoes.  A faint scar might even be visible on her right foot where she had been stabbed though with a katana.  She had been able to heal it quite well, the scar hardly being visible.  Stretching out her back she waited for an answer.

Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko]   Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] EmptyTue Aug 19, 2014 1:09 pm

Growing up, Yuki experienced many atrocities and hardships which most shinobi either had to face or did not. It was perplexing to her how the shinobi world could be so cruel and dark. Rather than allow it all to get to her and interfere with her mind, she broke free from the constraints of anger and depression and came out a girl who was happy and content with life, regardless of how bad things could get. She was not the type to let things hurt her, far from it, she accepted everything and sugar-coated the bad, while accepting the good open-armed. Although this was difficult on anyone to do, she did it so flawlessly that most consider her the 'optimist' of the Hyuuga Clan. Indeed, her optimism was something characteristic of her. It was what caused her to seek out friends in those that most others would neglect and repel from themselves. Yuki, instead, would try to make close friends with such people as she herself had had a rough life and knew what it was like to be different. She knew what it was like to be shunned by the majority of the Hyuuga clan for something as petty as aesthetic differences.

So what if she had blonde hair? She was quite proud of it and she would not change it for the world. It was the only thing she had to remember her parents by, after all. If she were to dye her hair or cut it off, that small relic of her parents would be gone. She would have nothing to remember them by. As ignorant as the world was, no one took the time to really learn that much about the young kunoichi known as Yuki. Though Yuki would just led criticism and other insults roll off her back, she still got a little annoyed at times; despite the fact that she was far from the type of person to invest much focus on what others had to say. Yuki was still happy, regardless, that she had happened upon a girl with unusual hair as well who was also a member of the Hyuuga clan. She almost felt as if a friendship was brewing already. As they say, after all, our differences unite us. They were both different. That was what could unite them in a friendship.

“Hello Yuki my name is Angel. Perhaps you’ve heard of me around the village? It doesn’t matter much. Would you help me? I need a sparring partner to remind me of something I’ve forgotten. Don’t let my age fool you.” Yuki nodded at the request for her to be the woman's sparring partner, a little taken aback by the comment regarding her age. “I’m actually quite spry.” Was this woman older than she appeared? Or perhaps was Yuki simply that poor at estimating the age of individuals? Either way, she should not underestimate this woman. “What do you say?” Yuki simply responded with a smirk, her response clearly plastered across her face before she had even parted her pretty pink lips. She was already getting quite amped up for the spar, popping her neck a few times from side to side and stretching out her legs slowly. "Of course! That was actually my intention." she giggled, her eyes wandering around the clearing briefly, turning her head slightly to compensate for her blind spot. She soon ensured that there were no non-Hyuugas within the vicinity before turning her byakugan-activated eyes to look at the woman once more.

Yuki was the happy-go-lucky type of person who was always ambitious and excited for new things and experiences. She was always willing to train regardless of how difficult or tedious it may. Furthermore, she was more than willing to go on missions and do small jobs with little pay. After all, someone had to do it. Why not her? She undertook low-rank missions and jobs without a second thought to it, realizing that she may not be suited for the more bloody and difficult missions, given the fact that she is unable to kill most people and the aspect of such a thing scares her. She instead undertakes E to D rank missions more than any other, sometimes C rank missions, in order to pay for her apartment and living arrangements. That's not to say that she was completely incapable of killing, though you could draw such a conclusion by looking at her past, moreover she did not wish to take a life if it can be helped.

She would engage in a spar, yes, but for nothing less and nothing more than the sake of training purposes. She would never kill a fellow Hyuuga especially, so she would more than likely hold back throughout the match. Paralysis was to be expected, however. After all, she was the designated master of the Lightning Trigram. Despite her young age, she had received such an honor due solely to the fact that she was extremely skilled for her age and quite efficient in the creation of new jutsu and the application of the lightning element to Hyuuga clan techniques. This had made her a shoe-in for the job and she worked hard and tediously to maintain her position. After all, she could not lose out to someone else when it was such an honor to be bestowed with such a spot. Yuki sighed, closing her eyes as she blinked briefly, looking over at the woman with pure white eyes, veins extending from either of her temples as she took into account every flinching movement of the woman's body, her perceptive gaze acting as if the match had already begun. "Shall we get started, then?"

Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko]   Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] EmptyWed Aug 20, 2014 1:13 am

Angel smiled. The girl seemed very eager to help. Good Angel knew that this fight was lost as soon as she asked for it. She planed to completely disregard her ninjutsu and would compete with the girl solely with Taijutsu, Angel’s current struggle. For some reason she was now terrible at something she had mastered long ago. Even if she had to relearn things it wouldn’t stop her. Angel had Hope. Hope was a precious commodity these days. But Angel Had it in spades and that meant she would work to be the absolute best ninja ever. She may lose battles along the way, she may lose limbs, she thought of her arm hanging to her side. The girl was now studying her with the Byakugan active. She would notice any second the monstrosity that lay hidden away in her sleeve. Angels arm was made of a crystalline stone. It was shaped and acted exactly as an arm would but it was of a transparent blue color. Angel Smiled and said calmly “Byakugan” She liked to say the name sometimes while activating the ocular jutsu. Breathing deeply Angel decided that she would make the first move. Moving forward Angel would come just within’ range of the young girls arms.

“So please refresh my memory.” Angel would step in and the fight would begin. Angel would strike at Yuki’s left shoulder from across her chest. As users of the Byakugan line of sight was not necessary in a fight so they didn’t much have to wory about trying to get in the way of what each other wuld be able to see. This was simply a battle of skill. Angel knew her skills were not going to cut it but she also wanted to push herself and she couldn’t do that unless she looked for battles she would lose. The first blow would be a diversion. As the real target was Yuki’s face. Pushing forward Angel would drive her elbow up and toward Yuki’s jaw in hopes of landing an unexpected hit. Then she would rotate and throw a closed fist straight to Yuki’s chest with the arm made of stone. The blow wouldn’t land anyharder than a blow from Angel’s normal fist. The stone that the arm was made of was actually quite special. Using her chakra she could bolster the strength of the arm. However at the moment she was not doing his. Should this blow land likely Yuki would take a step back with that leg. This is what Angel is counting on so her next move is to rotate the other way stepping forward again placing her foot on the instep of Yuki’s leg. This would place the front of angel’s knee in the back of Yuki’s knee. These moves Angel Had learned on a strange battlefield and without her ability to use the Hyuuga’s gentle fist Angel hoped that this maneuver would be strange and unpredictable.

Pushing her leg forward and down Angel will attempt to force Yuki to take a knee, Angel’s leg being on top of hers now. If this were to proceed Angel would now be shoulder to shoulder facing the same direction as Yuki and the two of them would be kneeling. “What do you think?” Angel was grinning ear to ear. Angel loved friendly bouts. Though if she kept up the aggression the fight could quickly turn to unfriendly. She would then stand and allow her opponent to as well. “Please.” Angel would say allowing her opponent to have the initiative. Angel examined Yuki carefully. Yuki’s hair truly was beautiful. Angel had never seen such Blonde hair that was kept so nicely. It was long which Angel imagined would get in the way sometimes, which is why she wore her own hair fairly short all the time. But Yuki’s hair, Angel didn’t think it could have been anymore beautiful, cutting it would only ruin her image. Angel guessed as with the rest of her body she just had to keep it under control in the field. Angel waited for Yuki’s attack. She minutely grit her teeth for what might come.

Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko]   Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] EmptyWed Aug 20, 2014 4:11 am

When the woman before her first began her movement, Yuki watched her muscles intently to predict what her next movement would be, using a combination of her superior reflexes along with her highly inquisitive capabilities, she was able to properly predict the attack patterns which her opponent would take almost a full second before they actually made contact. This allowed for Yuki to dodge completely, should she so choose, however she was more interested in the fighting style of the kunoichi. The way her muscles moved and the way her attack patterns seemed to line up were extremely abnormal and foreign to Yuki. Rather than fully dodge the assault, she would rotate and shift her body just enough so that each and every strike to her body was as little hindering as it could be. The strike to her shoulder was hardly enough to phase her, which actually made sense as it soon became apparent that it was a diversion. A second blow from the kunoichi's elbow towards her jaw caught Yuki slightly off guard. Even though it was a blow she would have preferred to dodge altogether, she was only able to duck a few inches and maneuver her head so that it would brush her cheek rather than full-on hit her jaw. Perhaps brush was a gentle term to use, seeing as how it still induced a bit of a shock.

Finally, an anticipated blow to the chest came at Yuki, at which point Yuki fell back onto her right leg as to avoid the blow. However, she realized that the girl would not let up just yet. Yuki was done surveying the girl's unpredictable attack patterns. Despite Yuki's high speed and reflexes, she was still having trouble predicting the woman's movements very easily. However, she did not want to appear completely helpless in the spar. After all, she had to, at some point, fight back. As soon as she had fallen back, she would swing her body into position for the Eight Trigrams Rotation technique, subtly releasing chakra from every tenketsu point in her body as she swung her body around in full rotations, releasing the chakra to form a defense around her which, should her opponent get caught in, would send her backwards through the air. Yuki had used a weakened version of the technique, however, ensuring that it did not damage her but simply knock her backwards. She did not want to, after all, end the fight so soon if the girl happened to have little endurance. Furthermore, getting too brutal in a friendly spar was far beyond what Yuki was capable of.

Although the Eight Trigrams Rotation had a small moment of lag, the over-all speed of its initialization and utilization would result in a technique that would have been hard to avoid. Not only had the kunoichi just had the upper hand second prior, but Yuki had used the full extent of her speed to initiate the technique, leading to a rapid activation of it that would be near impossible for the girl to have reacted to. Even if the girl had, say, noticed the initialization of the technique, that did not change the fact that changing the course of her movements and avoiding it would be borderline impossible. It was one thing to simply dodge a technique such as this, but to stop mid-attack and completely change your movement patterns would prove difficult even if said person were on par with Yuki in terms of speed.

If the eight trigrams rotation had made contact with the kunoichi, Yuki would simply stand there as she had no intentions of following up with the technique she had in mind. It was not as if the spar was a real fight and she was far from willing to go all out on what appeared to be such a kind hearted kunoichi. After all, Yuki and her seemed to have a lot in common, at least, that was her perception. Yuki, instead of continuing an assault, would simply stand there, in position for more defensive maneuvers. She would giggle, tilting her head and smiling. "If it's alright with you, I think I'll just work on my defensive tactics." she said, a smile crossing her face as her lips pursed together. She would proceed to get into formation, her body positioning itself to defend against any threat. She was the type to specialize in defensive techniques, after all, she could not lose so easily. Although her endurance was somewhat low, she easily made up for that with her phenomenal speed and defensive techniques.

Should she fail, she would still have created a barrier between herself and the kunoichi, one that would allow for a pause in the spar, at which point she would have reacted all in the same manner. "I am quite impressed with your movement patterns. It's not often, if ever, that I encounter someone who I have trouble predicting. If you were just a tiny bit faster, you'd be impossible to read." she said, giggling. She was not trying to insult the kunoichi, on the contrary, she was complimenting her. There were few shinobi in the clan who had speed on par with Yuki's. Most of those who did were higher ups and even though their speed was superior to Yuki's, it would not stay so for long. Yuki was constantly training and honing her abilities to ensure that her speed stayed far beyond par. She could not allow herself to slack off or lose her edge. She had to stay ready, a fine tuned weapon ready at any moment to strike for her clan. She had to protect those around her, even the woman who stood before her.

Yuki was actually quite happy with the spar, whether she won or lost, she was getting to test her defensive capabilities against someone who was unpredictable with a style foreign to her own. She was getting the chance of a lifetime. After all, if she could hone her reflexes and defenses against a shinobi such as this, most others would be easy to handle. At the same time, she did not necessarily want to lose but she did not want to win. If that made sense. She simply wanted to spar until both of them were tired out and decided to stop. After all, that was the optimal way to train and the optimal way to retain friendships. Often, friendly spars went too far and the victor and loser ended up despising each other in turn. By waiting for a stalemate, one could preserve the friendship they have with their opponent while also extending the length of time in which the spar lasts exponentially.

Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko]   Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] EmptyWed Aug 20, 2014 2:49 pm

Angel’s first barrage revealed several things.  First off the girl was faster than her.  It looked as the detirment of her speed was taking effect.  But Angel didn’t mind she would simply push harder to bring it back up.  Angel could tell that Yuki was manipulating the fight, but her facial expressions and her inability to negate every attack Angel had, lead Angel to believe that her fighting style was, as she believed unpredictable.  In the war Angel had fought many opponents.  If the Sharingan’s power was to copy jutsu the Byakugan’s latent talent was to assimilate normal fighting styles.  Angel had witnessed many attack patterns and variations of technique.  Her fighting style incorporated many different styles from all different lands.  Many of which were probably extinct now.  But the surprise wouldn’t last long.  Angel knew the capabilities of the Byakugan.  Yuki would begin to counter soon enough.  Angel’s Battle sense was highly tuned from years of war tactics and combat with the strongest ninja in the world, at the time.  Unfortunately just because she could predict the blow didn’t mean she could stop it.  She had already invested in close non jutsu combat.  As soon as she saw the pulse in chakra through the system she knew what was coming.  Quickly she brought her stone arm around to protect her head and side and jumped in the air tucking her legs into her chest as the wave of spinning chakra hit her.  In this position she would be thrown spinning into the air but her small shape allowed her to quickly recover.  Rotating herself she landed feet first on a nearby tree about 20 feet up.

“Impressive.  Your pretty fast  triggering that Rotation with such a speed.  Ther was nothing I could do. Haha.”  Angel walked down the tree.  Angel was going to hold true to her promise to herself.  She was here to practice tai jutsu.  Even if her ninjutsu would put her back on the advantage.  She had to show this girl and the village that she was willing to work hard to improve herself.  So she would continue as she was.  Angel would practice more of her gentle fist but she wasn’t able to perform it like she used to so it would be nearly worthless on an opponent that knew the style.  This is why angel was using other techniques.

"If it's alright with you, I think I'll just work on my defensive tactics."  It seemed yuki like being on the Defensive end of things.  That was evident by her posture.  Angel didn’t complain though.  It was her offensive powers that needed work so why not play the aggressor. "I am quite impressed with your movement patterns. It's not often, if ever, that I encounter someone who I have trouble predicting. If you were just a tiny bit faster, you'd be impossible to read."  The smile on the girls face was innocent and full of potential for the future.  Angel was happy to train with her.  Anyone else would have released the full power of that last attack and done great damage to Angel.  This girl actually wanted a fight.  Angel was also amused by the girl.  She didn’t know that angel was one of the fastest people alive.  Well she was.  ‘Damn this sucks.  I didn’t just lose some muscle mass I lost my dignity as a top grade fighter.’  Angel put all that out of her head.  She had a fight she needed to think about.

Yuki was all set up in a defensive position waiting for Angel.  She would soon give her the spar she was looking for but first she surveyed the area.  The trees were in a ring 10 meters centering on Yuki.  Her positioning was ideal for her.  She held the entire field where as her opponent was given access to a little more than half.  The odds were stacked, just the way Angel liked them.  At her feet was a branch that had fallen from the tree it looked dead and dried probably having an endurance of no more than 4.  It would easily break on contact but it was something.  The stick wasn’t sharp it probably wasn’t heavy either.  Good.  Between angel and Yuki was the tip of a buried rock pushing it’s was up through the grass only maybe 6 inches, covered it moss.  Upon examination with her Byakugan she saw the rock was quite large and wasn’t going anywhere.  Good.  The rock was a few feet in front of Yuki between the two of them.  This should do for her next attack.  She had a brilliant mind for tactics.  Diversions and misdirection were her strong suit.

With a flick of her toe she bounced the stick up to her hand and immediately through the light shaft at her opponent.  Angel wasn’t expecting it to be so light so the stick would wobble a bit on its flight.  Angel would immediately sprint after the stick hoping to land her attack in the process of Yuki blocking or dodging.  Keeping her eye on Yuki, Angel would move into a slide underneath the flying stick.  This was a ploy.  Angel was trying to establish a point of reference.  The stick is above Angel.  However as the stick would reach Yuki, and Yuki would deal with the stick in some manner, Angel’s foot would hit the stone.  Throwing her body up ward and the momentum of her slide would pivot around the rock throwing her body upward.  She would then tighten her core hunching slightly changing the center of gravity to the top of her shoulders.  This would change the spinning momentum again pivoting around her shoulders bringing an axe kick down on Yuki’s head.  The point of doing this would be in the second after Yuki dealt with the stick she would think to block low, as the last reference point of Angel’s location was beneath the stick.  The tactic was millennia old.  The idea is to strike with momentum in one direction and have the blow land in the opposite direction.  That was the plan anyway.  This maneuver would take anyone by surprise but with the Hyuuga’s taijutsu prowess and the Byakugan, it was a toss up.  It all depended on how threatening she felt the stick was.  Should the blow land it would hurt but in this fight it wouldn’t do much more then cause a bump on her head.  If the blow landed on her head Angel would push off back flipping a step back.  But Yuki was practicing defense so Angel wouldn’t let that be the end.  After the attack she would push the advantage.  Angel would drive strikes to Yuki’s shoulders and torso in a rapid succession waiting for the opportune moment.

Angel was waiting for yuki to strike with her arms to deflect the blows .  The Hyuuga’s style was pimarily focused on blocking and striking with their arms while using their legs for mobility.  As Angel of the Earth Pillar Not only was Angel’s defense a focus in her combat but she sacrificed a lot of her mobility to become even more defensive capable.  So much so that she could block even while pushing an attack.  When Yuki goes to block a blow with her arm, Angel will stop her arm with her foot being on the same side.  This would lead into an immediate attack toward the side of Yuki’s head with the same foot.  Angel would increase the power of the kick by rotating her body down into a one handed cartwheel  while the other hand swept Yuki’s leg in the opposite direction as the kick to her head.  The desired result of this would knock Yuki off balance and knock her to the ground.  Again in the long run this kick doesn’t have the power to injure.  At most Yuki may be dazed and the wind knocked out of her.  If all went this way angel would stop her attack and make sure Yuki was okay.  If Yuki was keeping up defensively Angel would continue her attack.  Yuki was seeking to practice her defense so Angel would press the attack until Yuki was pleased with the fight.

Dashing forward angel would send a right left hook combo to Yuki’s head and would follow up with a kick to Yuki’s side.  Using her side she would push off rotating in the ball of her foot into a spin kick with the same foot to Yuki’s head on the opposite side.  Stepping in angel would work the body throwing punches to Yuki’s stomach and torso.  These were far from the Gentle fist style that worked on interior damage.  These blows tired the victim out leaving their muscles and bones sore.  But as they were just on the surface they didn’t cause much of a lasting effect.  And Angel was not punching or kicking hard enough to break anything.

Angel’s final combo was to demonstrate her mastery of her kick.  Angel would step up once more, hoping to take advantage of Yuki’s Daze or fatigue but would continue none the less.  Planting one foot Angel would throw a snap kick to Yuki’s head followed swiftly by a kick to her chest with the same foot.  She began to execute the combo that she had learned and practiced for years.  The combo began to speed up and get more intense.  With the same foot she would deliver another kick to yuki’s head.  Dropping the knee a bit she brought her foot up in a ground to sky sweep landing a blow on her chin followed by a sky to ground axe kick.  The flurry in the attack reached the pitch where Angel’s blows would set up the next blows similar to how the 64 palms technique did.    Planting the foot that was just brought down Angel would throw a kick to Yuki’s knee.  This Angle found was crucial in the combo as it caused the opponents balance to become weak and the rest of the combo would not be thrown off.  She made another snap kick to Yuki’s head to daze her again and followed that with a kick to the hip rotating yuki slightly sideways. Angel would also rotate that direction and plant her foot.  Continuing the rotation Angel would do a side kick to Yuki’s side turning her back square with Angel.  Stepping on that foot Angel continued the turn with a spin kick to Yuki’s head and planting that foot a side kick to her chest.  At this point Angel’s combo reaches a fevered pitch.  Rotating twice and stepping closer to Yuki’s staggering body Anger used the rotational force to leap into a jump kick to Yuki’s chin, lifting her off the ground.  Still turning and in the air Angel would launch a back kick followed by a back flip kick launching Yuki farther into the air.  This was the end of the combo.  Angel would land and see how Yuki would respond, assuming it hit.

Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko]   Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] EmptyWed Aug 20, 2014 4:10 pm

Yuki had naturally meant no disrespect to the young kunoichi in her statement regarding her speed. After all, as the master of the Lightning pillar Yuki was one of the quickest shinobi in the Hyuuga Clan. The kunoichi whom she faced off against, no matter how fast she was compared to others, was easily readable by Yuki's byakugan enabled eyes. This was not simply due to Yuki's immense speed and reflexes but also, in part, due to the fact that Yuki possessed highly inquisitive sight. She noticed the smallest of twitches in her opponent's body and was able to predict their movement patterns accordingly. In fact, it was a trait that was mostly unique to her as a kunoichi. At least, the degree of which she was able to predict movements utilizing her byakugan was. Although others possessed the same capability, few were able to close gaps in combat utilizing it. Even against another person who utilized the byakugan, her focus and perception was far beyond par.

Although Yuki lacked the experience and battle-hardened skills that most other shinobi possessed, the one she faced off against in particular, she more than compensated for such with her high intelligence, perception, and adaptability. Because of her high IQ, she was able to create her own methods of combat on the spot, without even having to worry about whether or not they would be effective as she was capable enough to run it through her head before hand and verify the integrity of her stances prior to utilizing them in real time combat. All of this took mere seconds due to the speed in which her brain worked. She actually spent a lot of her free time producing her own original forms of combat, it was what she enjoyed doing in her free time. So perhaps if she dusted off one of such styles she would be able to show the girl something equally interesting. Or perhaps she would make a fool of herself? Either way, it was worth testing out her new styles.

As Yuki had expected, the rotation made contact and sent the girl flying backwards. However, she did not anticipate the kunoichi's capabilities in maneuvering. Despite being caught off guard, she made last minute motions to lessen the damage and force of the rotation while also managing to land perfectly on the side of the tree. That surprised Yuki in particular due to the fact that Yuki was not used to anyone being able to respond so quickly and fluidly to her countermeasures. She had expected the girl to be thrown back onto the ground, at the least, but to be able to control her trajectory and position mid-air in order to land on the side of the tree was impressive.

It was not until the girl returned to the ground that Yuki noticed her flip a stick into her hand with her foot. Yuki examined the stick as well as examining Angel. After all, it was important to not take your eyes off of your opponent no matter what happened. This was precisely why Yuki had a special system for dealing with projectiles and due to her above average intelligence and enhanced perception with her byakugan, she was able to easily determine the trajectory and travel path of the stick as soon as it was thrown. Taking into account wind speeds, velocity, the amount it wobbled, as well as other determining factors, all almost instantaneously, she ducked down to avoid the stick, at which point she darted her eyes to find her opponent once more, looking up and locking her eyes onto her. "Perfect." she whispered. Her body being already low to the ground, she placed the palms of her hands flat on the ground, propelling her body upwards while balancing on her hands to push her legs into the air, bending them both at the knee as to create a 'shield' of sorts out of her legs.

Due to her high endurance and the superior endurance of legs as compared to arms, it did little to phase Yuki. This was precisely why she had decided to use her legs instead of her arms, the superior endurance and strength of one's legs made them extremely useful in combat should one know how to use them properly. Furthermore, the majority of Yuki's techniques and advantages with regards to her arms had to do with techniques that would have ended the battle quite early. Although there was a chance that the girl would have found a way through it, Yuki would prefer not risking to end the match early. After all, she was on the defensive, rather than the offensive. She could not simply break out Eight Trigrams Electric Palms, for example. This left her legs as the only viable choice. She was quite skilled with them, after all, as a taijutsu expert and thus using them to defend was optimal.

Yuki knew that that would not be the end of her assault. After all, she had just previously stated she would be practicing her defensive capabilities. This left Angel open to a variety of assaults, non-stop if she so pleased, and she did not have take even a moment to let up as Yuki was clearly not going to engage in heavy offensive combat, if offensive combat at all. Knowing all of this and taking it all into account, Yuki pushed off of the ground with her hands, landing perfectly on her feet and immediately entering her defensive stance once more, both hands open-palmed and ready to block and misguide her attacks should they come at her. Angel would attempt to drive strikes to Yuki’s shoulders and torso in a rapid succession waiting for the opportune moment. However, Yuki would not simply allow such attacks to make contact or land. She maneuvered around each blow skillfully, using her forearm as a buffer between herself and the attack just in case she decided to perform a sweeping motion.

She pulled back and from side to side over and over again as to dodge each attack individually, watching the kunoichi's muscle movements with her byakugan and anticipating each attack with clarity. It was rather sudden that Yuki noticed the muscles in her leg preparing to initiate movement, at which point she also noticed the kunoichi's arm go for her leg. Although such a tactic was quite unexpected and unpredictable to most, Yuki was different in this case. She was highly perceptive and inquisitive, especially with the usage of her byakugan. Even a completely unknown battle style did not take long for her to become accustomed to. Anticipating the attack she immediately leaped backwards onto her hands, just out of reach of either Angel's hand or her leg, before pushing off of her hands to land on her feet a little further away. At this point she was roughly five meters away from Angel, once more entering her defensive stance.

"Very impressive fighting style. Though perhaps when I said I'd be playing defense, it was misleading... I am, after all, the master of the Lightning pillar of the Hyuuga Clan. Evasion and maneuvering are my forte." she told her, sweeping her leg forward as she entered a new stance, her center of gravity crouched low. Her left hand was extended forward in the typical gentle fist style hand form, as was her right hand, however, it was pulled back to be positioned right next to her chest. Her left leg was pushed forward and planted firmly on the ground while her right leg was pulled slightly back and also planted firmly on the ground. Her stance was integrally sound as far as she could tell while offering quick mobility if necessary.

When Angel dashed forward at Yuki, Yuki was not expecting another blatant assault. She did not focus on the kunoichi's muscle movements this time, however. She wished to increase her reaction time and perceptive capabilities without the use of muscle examination. Instead, she focused solely on what she could have seen without her byakugan, though she kept it active for the range of sight it offered. Yuki raised both of her forearms immediately to block the combo, noticing the kick to her side a bit too late. Although she was able to drop her center of gravity ever so slightly to minimize damage and maintain proper balance and form, it still hurt a slight bit. With her forearms still at the sides of her head, she left them there when she noticed the movement pattern of her opponent. This made it so that when her kick came around to strike Yuki on the side of her head, it was instead met with Yuki's forearm, which took the brunt of the blow.

At this point, Angel proceeded forward once more and launched a flurry of punches at Yuki's stomach and torso, which Yuki was able to track with moderate ease. She flattened the palms of her hands and used her palms to block each punch as it came at her, attempting to stop each punch dead in their tracks while allowing her palms to take the damage rather than her torso. What really caught Yuki off guard, however, was what happened next. A series of kicks that were striking at increasing speed and velocity the more her opponent sent at her, the faster they became. Yuki stopped each kick with her palms and forearms over and over again, using her speed and reflexes to maintain a steady counter force to each kick, as to stop it before it could reach further than her palms or forearms. Yuki was repeatedly sent backwards from the sheer force of the kicks, having to use both of her forearms in a criss-cross fashion as to avoid taking any of the attacks to her body. When Angel finally attempted to finish up with an upward kick to Yuki's chin, Yuki let her body fall backwards, landing with her back facing the ground, propped up by her arms and legs. At this point, Yuki immediately dropped to the ground the few inches that she was away from it, curling up into a ball and rolling backwards a few meters before using the momentum to propel herself onto her feet. She panted a bit, tired out and sore from the training thus far. "You're really good..." she panted, giggling. "I know it's short notice, but maybe we should call it a day? I think we've both trained a good bit."

As a clan soldier, Yuki had always been the sort of unenthusiastic teen who liked to watch clouds. She preferred not to get involved in "troublesome" activities, pretending to be busy to avoid responsibility. She also did not like fighting, deeming it, as she did to most things, "bothersome". It was surprising that she had engaged Angel in a spar in the first place, as lazy as she was. She was fully aware of this side of her personality. She even named herself "the number one at running away" or "the number one coward". In fact, her most commonly used phrase was "how bothersome" or "what a drag" when it came down to fulfilling duties or doing her job. She could be quite lazy at times, which was a sad truth she tried to hide in front of others but particularly came out when she was alone or facing something truly bothersome. Although she is not necessarily too lazy when something absolutely had to be done, she was, for the most part, a pacifist and might even be regarded as a coward. She was not the type of person to engage in combat unless she absolutely had to.

PostSubject: Re: Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko]   Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] EmptyWed Aug 20, 2014 5:19 pm

Hmmm It seemed the girl was good at dodging and blocking. Everything angel threw at her was either blocked or evaded. Once again Angel cursed the Time Stream that had taken her abilities. But it didn’t matter how much she knew, if she couldn’t follow it up with action she was dead in the water as her opponents beat on her. Luckily Yuki didn’t try anything offensive even though Angel was sure she could have. If she had Angel would probably not have been able to devote her attention to focus on attacking and her attacks would have had an even less gratifying effect. Luckily Angel was able to gain some satisfaction as a couple blows landed satisfactorily.

"Very impressive fighting style. Though perhaps when I said I'd be playing defense, it was misleading... I am, after all, the master of the Lightning pillar of the Hyuuga Clan. Evasion and maneuvering are my forte." Angel understood. Doging and evading were all part of fighting defensively. Unfortunately dodgeing and evading required much more energy to do than blocking. Angel would simply continue her barrage. She didn’t know why she constantly felt agrivated by compliments that she received from people. She would have to work on that in the future. It was like she felt the compliments should be said in such a way that it was a surprise to everyone. Angel grit her teeth as she continued attacking but her mind floated to the past.

Her Father and her had just stepped onto a battlefield between 2 opposing armies before they went to war. They requested a meeting with the leaders of the particular divisions. Angel’s Father begged them to stop fighting and to go their separate ways. He informed them of the mistakes that had been made on all sides. Angel and her father, though they weren’t the only people to know what truly happened they were to only people spreading the honest truth. Everyone spread lies of the opposing side doing wicked unprovoked actions trying to incite war. Because of this many people sacrificed their lives to go to battle over a dispute that was not theirs. The leaders of the Armies refused the plea to back down. Even if they were willing to ignore the stories they had been told and to leave the battlefield, they would still be killed by their general’s and leaders. No one ever made the right choice and in the end the battle always turned into a three way battle. Angel had left the battlefield more times than not as one of the only two survivors. In those days she had received a nickname that she had never revealed in this timeline as it was likely recorded in their history. She was not happy that she and her father had single handedly killed more ninja in the war than was credited to any nation. That was up until they had left the war for good. The two of them had been known as the Angels of Death. By the end Military divisions no longer agreed to meet with them. Two opposing armies would join forces to attack Angel and her Father. Eventually They even stopped trying to persuade people.

Angel’s strike began to gain power due to her emotions. Her kicks and punches drove Yuki backward as Angel remembered all the people she couldn’t save. In this Time she had the ability to change her reputation though. She could be seen as an Angel of Mercy and Hope. But she would have to regain her reputation for power, or else she would not be able to inspire anything. Yuki successfully parried her combination attack. And seemed like she was about done with sparring. Angel noticed that her own breath was ragged. ‘From a simple spar like this?’ Angel would have sighed but she instead focused on her breathing, willing her breath to calm and at the same time calmed her beating heart. “Yeah it is about time to get some breakfast I think. Would you like to come along we can discuss out techniques if you would like?”

Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko]   Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] EmptyThu Aug 21, 2014 8:38 am

Yuki had been longing for numerous years to grow stronger so that she could properly protect the Hyuuga clan. After all the, clan was the first place that she had truly fit in properly. Sure, she had fit in with the organization fairly well when it was still in place but she never truly belonged there. She had discovered that only after she became the sole survivor of that same organization and was taken in by a kind member of the Hyuuga clan and raised to become a clan soldier among other things. But nightmares of that dreadful night still plagued Yuki's mind... A constant reminder that the first place she felt she had fit into was gone. Perhaps everything happened for a reason, but never-the-less, the burning image of her many dead friends who were like family was still burned into her memory and didn't seem like it would go away any time soon. Memories of that night...

"Get up! Yuki! Yuki!" the shout was from Kaito, the man she had first met when she joined the organization. He shook her awake, her groggy body rising as she looked around. "Wah?" she murmured, rubbing her eyes. "Master Amatachi is dead! They-" he was cut off as a dagger attached to a chain cut clean through his chest, jutting out through his back. It was suddenly snatched back, allowing his body to fall dead to the ground, a shadow standing in the doorway of the room. "Prisoner or member?" the figure asked, clearly asking if Yuki was a prisoner of the organization or a member of it. Yuki froze, her eyes intensifying as she gazed at the man. She had no idea what to do. What should she do? Pose as a prisoner and get away with her life or try to avenge her master? What was she thinking... She had to avenge her master and protect whoever was left in the organization. She leaped from her bed, activating her byakugan simultaneously as she stood in front of the figure within an instant, striking his tenketsu points one after another as he was frozen in place, his body thudding back and forth from the strikes before falling limp to the ground. Yuki retrieved a kunai from her pouch, leaning down and slicing his throat before holding it in her hand, slowly examining the entire hideout with her byakugan.

She looked around at each and every shady figure that she did not recognize, and soon it was all clear to her. The entire organization except for her had been killed already. She counted the number of figures in the hideout and it appeared to be no more than five. She bit her bottom lip as she realized perhaps she had made a huge mistake. "Five.. A rival gang? Maybe..." she murmured as she slowly inched her way out of the room, since there was no one in the room outside of hers. She proceeded to sneak up on the first man slowly, rounding the corner in an instant and stabbing the kunai clean into his jugular, gripping his body and letting it down slowly and gently as to not alert the other dark figures within the hideout. She immediately took note of the others' positions, noticing that they had all moved by that time. One of them was approaching her at that moment. "Reimo, you there?" the voice called out to silence, Yuki remaining quiet as she waited to ambush him. "Hello? Reimo?" he called once more, slowly rounding the corner only to face the same exact fate as his comrade, Reimo. A kunai to the jugular.

Yuki proceeded to sneak up on and take care of the remaining shady figures before exiting the hideout, immediately running out into the night. She knew not where she would go, all she knew was that she could never return to that kind of life. Not ever. She panted and cried as she ran, gasping as she ran into a fellow Hyuuga, dropping to the ground, cowering as he leaned down. "Are you okay, miss? You need help?" he asked, an earnest expression on his face. Yuki, stricken with terror, did not respond in any manner. He picked her up and cradled her in his arms, carrying her to his home. "It's okay, I'll clean you up." he said, noticing the blood all over her as well as the few wounds she possessed. "Do you have anywhere to go?" he asked her, to which she shook her head no. "Do you need a place to stay?" he followed up with another question. She nodded slowly, but hesitantly and he smiled warmly. "It's okay. You can stay with me until you can afford your own place." he said generously. He made his way back to his home and carried her inside, spending that night helping her get settled in and cleaned up and what not. By the end of the night, she was warm and comfortable in a nice and cozy bed, drifting off into the abyss of sleep... Dreaming terrible nightmares.

It was not as if dreaming such nightmares became an unusual and rare occurrence. It gradually became a nightly thing as time passed her by. It's not as if things had always been downhill, however. When she turned eighteen years of age, she was finally able to afford her own place to live and moved out of the man's home. She thanked him for his kindness, offering him money for all of his assistance but he declined, telling her it was only the right thing to do. The entire ordeal had instilled a new set of morals in Yuki that had not been present prior to then. With those morals, she made it far in the clan's rankings. By the age of nineteen she had already become an on-field operative clan soldier. Not only that, but she became designated by the clan leader as the Master of the Lightning Pillar. She became the master of lightning-based Hyuuga techniques and was even highly regarded throughout the clan as one of the fastest and most agile shinobi, due to her affinity for lightning. She was finally happy as she fit in more than ever. She had found her place among the clan on the upper world rather than the underworld. She was no longer ashamed of herself and had something to actually be proud of. Despite her young age, she was quite the prodigy, capable of engaging even some of the most powerful elder clan members.

“Yeah it is about time to get some breakfast I think. Would you like to come along we can discuss out techniques if you would like?” Yuki heard Angel ask her. It was an offer that Yuki would not simply pass up. After all, being able to sit down and have a nice discussion with another clan member was always a nice thing to engage in. Yuki nodded, responding promptly. "Sure! Let's get to it." she said, giggling and smiling warmly to the girl. She was more than happy to discuss techniques. After all, as members of the Hyuuga clan it was important to congregate with one another every once in a while to discuss such things. It allowed for the entire clan to progress at the same, or at least a similar, speed and kept everyone well informed to a degree of each others capabilities. This was highly important on the battlefield. Knowing one another's degrees of abilities. Yuki smiled and turned to walk towards the clan, looking back at Angel briefly. "Come on, Angel-chan!" she ushered her, smiling brightly.

Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] Empty
PostSubject: Re: Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko]   Breaking the barrier [Angel, Yuki, Ko] EmptyThu Aug 21, 2014 3:03 pm

The far-off look that Yuki had made it seem like she was thinking of something deep.  Angel didn’t want to interrupt her thoughts.  Yuki reminded Angel of herself when she was younger.  She was so happy and light hearted.  Which is why Angel knew that Yuki had been through things.  Things that made now seem bearable.  Angel had been the same way.  When she was little her mother had died and she was left alone for years.  She still had her village but she had always felt alone.  Then she found out that her father was somewhere still alive.  She had been so happy while at the same time spent a long time crying that she almost didn’t believe it.  She spent another couple years trying to find a trace of him, going to scary looking bars and talking with people who like to hang out in alleys.  Finally she heard a rumor of an ancient ice cave to the far north.  She had spent all her money purchasing supplies for the trip.  And venturing out she spent days on that ice sheet searching for this cave.  After nearly dying she finally found it.  The cave was massive and took her a couple days to spelunk into the depths of the cave to find an Alter.  Angel had no idea what to do being she had only heard of the cave.  Finally she decided that maybe the alter just needed blood.  Slicing her had she was surprisingly rewarded with a strange portal out of which fell a decrepit old man.  “Girl….”  The man was alive.  “I need to borrow some of your chakra.  Her chakra instantly began to start draining.  She didn’t even know she had chakra left.  Her weariness made her pass out on the spot.  When she awoke she was by a fire and the man who now looked perfectly healthy was sitting near her watching over her.

“How did you find me?”  The man’s voice was soothing for an old man, though when her eyes focused she found that he was not and old man he actually looked quite young, maybe 28.  “Who are you?” Angel replied not even remembering the man’s question.  His face was smooth and clean, all signs of starvation and age was gone.  “Me? Well if you were able to save me from this contraption I would say we’re probably related.  These old things only respond to blood relatives.  Guess the guys who put me in here never knew I had a daughter.”  The man looked up as if reading something and continued, “By the date my guess is you are my daughter.”  He said it in such a casual manner that Angel seemed unable to react.  After a moment she burst into tears and hugged the man.  The man hugged her back.  “You know I’ve never met you.”  Angel’s dad said. “Your mother was still carrying you the last time I saw either of you.  She was so beautiful, your mother was.  Turned me from my dark thoughts.  You look just like her you know.  Your hair is so beautiful.  How is your mother?”Angel continued to cry as she told her father the story of her mother succumbing to disease and dying.  “I’m sorry love.  Time claims us all one day.  But I will never let you go.  I promise to be right by you forever.”

Remembering back to that day she realized why her father had given her his chakra now.  It was because he wanted to make sure she was never alone.  And Angel could feel him telling her to stay strong even today.  But at that time she thought it was a selfish thing to do.

The battlefield was full of ninja, the ground wet with blood.  Ninja from every clan had shown up to fight.  It was the Battle to see who would tip the scales and becoming the dominate ninja clan.  That battle had been special.  Angel and her father had stepped onto the battlefield not as peacekeeper but as Keepers of Fate.  It was gruesome but if any one clan came out on top that day the whole ninja world could be destroyed.  The Father and Daughter army was there to make sure that no one won the battle.  Angel alone killed 1300 ninja in the battle that lasted a full month of constant fighting.  Her father had probably killed even more.  This battle was the battle that Angel had lost her arm.  Angel saw it a her punishment for leaving the path of peace.  Their chakra running dry and enemies receiving reinforcements  Angel and her father began to be forced back.  It was as if the enemy no longer wished to fight each other.  Angel saw her father run through by several blades and rushed over to help him, but he had other things in mind.  “Angel, we can’t keep fighting.  If we do then surely we will be killed.  But you must live.”  Her father then cast his infamous jutsu that left her in this place to morn for her father without even being able to bury his body.

Angel wandered the lands for years strangely never meeting anyone but mainly cause she didn’t care to meet any one from this world.  The last thing she knew was the entire ninja world wanted her dead.  Finally she found herself staring at flags and banners with her family crest on it.  A group of Hyuuga living in Konoha.  She approached the gates and was immediately place under arrest.  Held under suspicion of being a spy her story didn’t convince anyone of her innocence.  In time Angel was able to prove she was indeed a member of the Hyuuga clan.  It seemed that the clan was sectioned into the 8 pillars that every member received when they were born even in her time.  eventually over time she was welcomed by some.  As a strong user of the Earth pillar from which she was born under she was given the place of the Leader of the Earth pillar family.  It was done with hesitation but there was no doubt that she was the best candidate to lead them.  After a few years in the compound people began to see her as one of their own and she definitely pulled her weight.  But times like these she still thought back to the days that use to be before they lived a life in the shadow of war.

She didn’t want to bother Yuki with her thoughts though.  She was all too happy today.  She would much rather talk about food and fighting styles.  “I’m coming.”  Angel would run to catch up with Yuki. She wondered what she should get for breakfast. And she began to make a list of techniques and ideas to talk to yuki about. Angel had already been working on a few different techniques such as the piercing fist and the Earth Force Armor. Techniques that would allow the Earth pillar soldier to maintain supremecy on the battle field. But angel Had many, idea’s she had seen the battlefield and knew what it took to come out on top.
