This technique was created by Mei after mastering the body flicker technique it gave her the ability ro use it more openly and tactically than other shinobi due to her having the mastery of the body flicker it opens up new techniques and allow her to make new creations like this. This technique is like a form of substitution which when Mei is attacked or struck by something it will give off the false security of the attack landing but in truth the attack had struck a afterimage allowing for Mei to body flicker within range but mostly behind the attacker’s blind spot but this isn’t priority but it just shows the user can body flicker out of harms way.

Description:

Mei is able to create at least 15 clones of herself at once using Body Flicker. While they are indistinguishable from her true self and mimic her movements, they do not seem to last long. These clones are not exactly solid being able to be vanished from a single hit,each clone made from this technique shares the users chakra even if they aren’t solid clones but speed clones instead. They are made simply by Mei using body flicker and using chakra to create the clones in her place,the clones as stated before follow all of Mei’s action but only last for two post if their not faded away by that time. These can not cause bodily harm to people,but are for Mei attack and able to hide from chakra sensory due to all her clones sharing her chakra.
Drawbacks:
-They last for a short period of time for two post which is the limit for the clones

Description:

This technique is the combination and knowledge of other Body flicker techniques into one single technique. The user must know the three body flicker techniques to even get a chance to learn this or even attempt at using it. Only those who have mastered the body flicker is able to pull this technique off which breaks one of the main rules of body flicker. This jutsu is used by the person body flickering past their opponent but the difference is when they body flicker the world would seem to slow down for them this is in no way space and time it’s just they are moving just so fast that the world goes at slower perception than them. This doesn’t effect the oppent this is targetting,it is also noted a weapon is the best thing to use for this technique by breaking the body flickering rules this allow the user to attack twice at most,while within movement this allow the user to get the edge in battle with little to no problem. When this is used the user body flicker speed is increased by +100 allowing the user to move much quicker than before.

Description: This technique is one of Mei’s finest creations she knew it was beyond genius to create such a technique in her years of training. This jutsu is used mainly for the transforming of one’s Dna and appearance allow one to become a different person. This is done by Mei focusing her chakra onto the skin of the person as if just by a gentle touch. After they make contact they will begin the process of breaking down the targets Dna in the process of making a replace but of the same Dna,This let the Dna be separated into different components allowing for the target to begin to transform into the new appearance that they desire. The Structure of this technique weighs heavily on the knowledge of the human body and this takes 500 words to accomplish each time it is used. The transformation and new Dna development is permanent,This can be only done to those that are willing,The Dna the target is replaced with is still theirs but broken down and reformed but still being there DNA but others will not be able to tell unless they find out of this jutsu power. The shapeshifted target will permanently stay like that till the process is reversed by Mei which cost another 500 words.

Description: Mei being who she is designed the Shunshin to be better than it was though she was already fast this allowed her to move faster. By doing the seal to activate the technique she won’t only be infusing her normal chakra but she will also be infusing her wind nature chakra. This allows for her Shunshin to move quicker than the parent jutsu and allows her to use it in midair due to it being infused with her wind chakra. The wind chakra and normal chara is focused at the feet of the user allowing them to move more quickly than when using the parent technique. Mei designed this and mastered the Shunshin technique to be able to infuse it into her fighting style and further make her enemies who stand before her pay. This jutsu was the sole reason she was named Mei Of The Body Flicker. The technique only need to be activated by the seal once in a topic for continuous use.

A technique which is more used for defense, the user focuses her chakra, to speed up one's metabolism so the body cells will regenerate at an amazing speed this allow for the body to heal at a faster rate while using chakra to heal said wounds. The amount of times user can use it depends on the person body. In Mei's case she can use it 10 times before she cant use it anymore that topic. The fundamentals of this technique is quite simple being that her family dealt with CQC,they are not only skilled in Taijutsu but also Ijutsu which helps them in dire situations when they are faced with them’ This technique for example when used uses their chakra to heal wounds or cover scars till they can get properly treated,In Mei case she view it as a chance to just keep fighting without having to retreat so she can fight till she feel she reached her limits. By Mei focusing her chakra she will be engulfed in a Aura of chakra right then her wounds will begin to heal.This jutsu destroys defective cells to replace with new ones showing how the healing process goes about the cells move rapidly within the body to heal the user the limit of this technique depends on the person Rank and skills.The healings extensity is able to heal Small cuts to Scars that will be on the body like that of a slash from a sword,but if the wound is any bigger than that of a sword slash wound the healing will only stop the bleeding but not healing the wound completely.

Description:
Yin Seal:
After focusing and storing an amount of chakra over a period of time in the Strength of a Hundred Seal on the user's forehead, the user can release any amount of chakra with this technique by dispersing the seal and pumping the stored chakra back into the user's body. Thanks to the released chakra from the seal,The user can even channel the released chakra into another person by extending their markings onto them through physical contact. This in all meaning the markings can transfer to another healing their wounds in the process this can only be done with two other people. The storage is done by the user spending some of their chakra into the seal this helps count just how much they can heal when the seal is released.

Chakra can be stored within the seal on the user forehead over time so they can store a little bit at a time,the limit of how much chakra can be stored into the seal is 500 chakra is the max limit of chakra the seal can possibly hold ,once the chakra is used the chakra count drop down to zero.

Those who hold this seal is also granted a passive boost of 100 Endurance,this increase is passive so it’s always with the user due to having this seal alone.

Creation Rebirth:
The absolute pinnacle of medical ninjutsu, created by the greatest of medical ninja, Tsunade, it is the ultimate regeneration technique. By releasing the great volume of chakra stored in her forehead at once, the body's cell division is forcibly stimulated by proteins, reconstructing all organs and all tissues making up the human body. The technique itself does not regenerate the old cells, rather it hastens the creation of new ones through division. If this technique is used, a body whose vital organs are so gravely injured that it cannot bear it any longer will be instantly restored to its uninjured state. By Tsunade's own claim, as long as she has chakra it is impossible for her to die by any means, as such she gains a form of "immortality" throughout the duration of the technique.

However, a body's cells can only split a certain number of times in a lifetime, and by speeding up this process, Tsunade and Sakura are basically shortening their natural lifespan. To what degree is unknown, but what is clear is that it is not great enough to cause them to die in battle.

Effect:After the seal is stored with chakra the user is allowed to release the chakra will start to coat through the user healing all the wounds they may have,this allows them to keep fighting even heal others with this technique as this the first level of Creation Rebirth. As the chakra is coursing through the body of the user they get a endurance equal to the chakra stored within the seal if they have 50 chakra in the seal and release it they get 50 endurance etc,this form is S rank so takes S rank amount of chakra to maintain

Strength Of One Hundred:
While very similar in nature to its parent technique, which also grants greatly enhanced regeneration, the Strength of a Hundred Technique has a continuous, automatic effect that will heal any damage that the user sustains instantly without the need to make hand seals or even a conscious effort to activate the healing process as long as they have chakra left. The enhanced regeneration granted by this technique is so rapid that even the wounds that resulted from the impalement by two gigantic swords through Tsunade's abdomen were completely healed in mere moments after the blades' removals.
Use of the technique also requires the release of theStrength of a Hundred Seal, but rather than just covering the face, the markings extend over the user's entire body. As a testament to both its power and her confidence in its healing prowess, Tsunade has decreed that only medical-nin who have mastered this technique are permitted to break the first three rules that govern their role on the battlefield — which effectively prohibit their direct involvement in any conflict — that she herself established. This makes herself and her student, Sakura, the only ones able to break these rules.

Requirement To Unlock-Due to this seal being the mastery of the regular Creation Rebirth and the next and final level of it,to unlock this form of the seal the user must do a training of 6000 words,this don’t have to be done in the same topic but seperately,but to even attempt to use this level of the seal they must complete the requirement and have a Medical tier 5(125 points in medical)

Effect:This seal is the mastery of Creation rebirth like it’s counterpart once activated chakra will be released from the seal and healing the wounds of the user instantaneously and having a more indepth healing than the default level of the jutsu,when the chakra is released from the seal the user get x2 the chakra being released from the seal added to their Endurance for the duration of the technique once it is cancelled so is the boost,with each hit depending on the power of the attack they are hit with their endurance will decrease,showing that they are force to use chakra to heal but the endurance is lowered from the initial strike.


Drawbacks:
Can only be used for 5 posts, at max. After the usage, endurance is halved. The maximum the seal can hold is 500 chakra. Each use of Creation Rebirth costs 1 life force, while each use of Strength of a Hundred costs 2. Naturally, these can be gained back over time. Each IC week will give back 1 life force. Naturally, this cannot go over the person's max.

Description:

This Ace technique is created for Mei mastery over her classes of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu being the foundation of creating this new art and making a whole new one. This jutsu fundamentals focus on the knowledge of Mei on her own chakra nature and body allowing her to use her element and showing a mastery over it by manipulating it to the point of being in her control. This technique focus around Mei element of Fuuton and expanding to a point that it wraps around her whole body like a cocoon creating a wind barrier around her body with a Semi cutting capacity cutting most things that come in contact with it.

This technique do not need the use of hand seals do to Mei using her chakra to push and override her network making it expand,this making activating this jutsu almost instantaneous. The activating of this jutsu uses Mei control over her wind element and expands it till gust begun to around her body along with strong winds which is the source of the cutting capacity the winds expand to 10in outwards from the skin of the user making like a protective barrier to protect them. This jutsu ability allows this technique to show why it was solely created by Mei as her ace technique due to the power it displays when it’s used.

This technique is built with the user chakra in other words their chakra is rapidly flowing through their body. This increases their personal strength due to this fact of the muscles having high intent chakra flowing through their muscles. This chakra that is coating their very muscles is also special as it not only increase their strength but also their speed making them quick as the very wind that surround them. This is where Mei nickname came from when she was known as the Silver Wind Of The Uchiha Clan.

Perfect Shunko:

After a word count of 5000 words of use which can be done in separate threads,the Shunko will enter the perfected state and be perfected increasing the cutting capacity by 100 and speed,strength and hardness by +150. Due to this when the perfected state is used it will take 150 chakra to maintain instead of the normal. When this level is achieved the user is able to chose between which level they activate by choice making it a open book to decide rather to go full perfected or stay in premature state.

Wind Blades:
Due to the Fuuton chakra being around the user, and along with their enhanced speed and strength, it is capable to launch Fuuton chakra from their body via various actions. The blades produced are sized in correspondance to ones actions, if they flick their fingers it will be tiny, if they whirling kick it will be larger than their leg and be a crescent slash. The cutting capacity is 300, with a speed of 500, they fade after 100 meters.

Drawbacks:
Iginition-If Mei is struck with a fire jutsu equal or higher rank then this jutsu she will be set on fire and suffer 3rd degree burns unless its her own fire.

By combining every single art that she learned in her time of living into one style that allow her switch between them freely in a constant flow making it one of the ultimate Taijutsu arts. It's name comes from a actual hurricane that do nothing but mass destruction putting the style as dangerous as a Hurricane can be when used by Mei,The Styles and Abilities of each is as Follows these can be used with the first two gates of eight gates but not the rest,if used with the gates the stats below do not activate,stats do not stack but only active when that style is used:

Muay Thai:This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on foot is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet, This Style will allow Mei to effectively use her limbs to strike her target constantly. Jujutsu:Ju Japanese martial art and a method of close combat for defeating an armed and armored opponent in which one uses no weapon or only a short weapon. This Style allow Mei to use her opponents force against them. This is the first of many abilities this style have by using their Taijutsu attack against them by absorbing the force or redirecting. Which in turn allow her to go for joint locks,Flips,punches or kicks. The style of Jujitsu is most effective when the opponent is thrown on the ground, allowing the user to perform deadly holds and grabs to immobilize and subdue their opponents with ease.(+15 Speed,15 Strength)

Weapon: This style is used for defensive and offensive uses as it can take the use of a weapon or hand to hand combat.Mei created this style with hand to hand by using her effectiveness with the element of wind. This style focus the wind element around the hands allowing for a cutting capacity like a bladed weapon. This is as if she was using a sword but instead its her bare hands. (+30 Speed)

Karate: One of the oldest fighting styles known to all, Karate or "Empty Hand" Martial arts  is a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes and open hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear-hands,and palm-heel strikes. Practitioners of this martial arts can single handily fight armed opponents with ease,using their strong and fluid strikes to defeat their opponent. This form of martial arts also uses joint locks,  grappling, throws, restraints, and vital point strikes to defeat an opponent and also throw them off guard.(+30Strength)

Description:
Chi blocking is an ancient technique that has been practiced in secret for centuries. The art of Chi Blocking is a very unique skill in itself being one of Mei’s main Style especially if she have no interest in killing her target that she use this on. This style  is used by striking at the targets pressure points/points within the muscles through their body allowing for completely shut down of the attacked limb numbing it for a short period of time. The limbs the user can use this on are the arms and legs numbing both shutting down the muscle completely. This style is most effective for taijutsu users since they can shut down the use of ninjutsu for a short time by shutting down the targets muscles within their arms. This technique can also be used for complete shutdown of the body by striking along the spinal cord striking each point along the back four times. They have to strike those same points up for three post for complete numbing of the body.For the numbing to even have effect the strikes must make physical contact.

This style of fighting was created by Mei after running into a lot of clansman who chose to make use of ninjutsu instead of their personal strength. This style though created by Mei was a force to deal with when she enter this state. When she uses this style her strength and speed is increased by 50 allowing for her to pack more of a punch with this,due to this not being a pure damage dealer but a mere numbing of the body type skill it takes more focus. The way this style is used is the way it should be,if a limb is struck  two times the muscle will enter a shut down state for exactly two post of the final strike. Where the shutting down of the whole body as stated above takes four strikes along the spinal cord for three post,after the third post is achieved the body will shut completely down for only two post though

This Style main ability is to stop the use of weaving handseals and those that compete with Mei in CQC. Putting those who do challenge her in CQC in her advantage zone and them in their disadvantage.

This is a technique where the user focuses chakra into their hands and feet using precise chakra control and releases it with pinpoint timing,which greatly enhances their strength. Tsunade created the concept of this technique to intimidate enemies and keep them at bay while she healed injured shinobi.The training for this technique is quite arduous, as Tsunade repeatedly came at Sakura with full power to help her learn. Subsequently, the outcome of this training is incredible, giving the user enough strength to easily make gigantic craters or kill opponents with single strikes.

This fighting style is known only by a few shinobi in the world as to this includes them to be not only good at Taijutsu but also Medical. The Medical part is due to medical dealing with precision which is needed to wield this style is precise chakra control that allows the user to focus precise chakra upon impact and release a huge shot of power at the person their fighting. This style when used increases the strength of their strikes by +200 only when this style is used though,This style must also be trained like other techniques so people don’t get it confused.

-Boost only applies when attacking,and doesn’t stay with the user only when they are on the offensive.
