Description:  Decapitating Bolt was created by the Hyuuuga Leader Reishin as a method to bring new technique’s to the Gentle Fist style. The jutsu works by channeling chakra into the users hand and changing its properties into a 3 meter wide bolt of wind during the release of the chakra. When used in conjunction of the Byakugan it allows the Hyuuga member to become a precise long ranged fighter in order to catch their opponent off guard. If hit with one of the wind bolts, the bolt lodges into the oppponets afflicted limb and shatters dealing additional damage through the said part. The bolts themselves move at approximately 650 speed.
Drawbacks: After every three uses of the jutsu its cutting potential diminishes by ten for after use after.

Description: Reflecting Fist was created by Reishin to create another form of defense through the Gentle Fist arts. Reflecting Fist takes the initial stance of the 64 palms rotation, but brings the hands closer to the body instead of outstretched. Through the users hands and body they generate a thin layer of chakra which combined with simple element manipulation becomes wind that they control with their hands. When faced with an oncoming attack, the user begins to immediately revolve their hands in front of them while remaining still which combined with the wind creates and barrier or wall that blocks the attack. Due to its properties of wind, Fire based attacks will deal more damage against it. While in the stance the user gains + 500 speed due to their body being able to react to the attacks coming towards them.
Drawbacks: The user must remain stationary for the duration of the technique or it will automatically cancel out. In addition, attacks that are faster than the user will bypass the barrier before it can be completed.

Description: The Spear of Indra was first created by Reishin’s ancestors to combat heavily armed foes that were always armored, being the ultimate defense slaying technique of the Hyuuga’s. Over time it had proved its use as the clan became more involved with the Uchiha in deadly combat, its new use being to efficiently kill from a distance without being near them. After the technique had been passed down to Reishin, he had reinvented the technique while adding some new tweaks to it, allowing it to be used not only at a distance but in close range combat. The Spear of Indra takes its form as a single, sharp wave of wind made from the user’s hand. This is done by the user using the lessons of the hyuuga to channel their chakra throughout the tips of their finger while thrusting quickly. After the thrust the user condenses the chakra and uses wind manipulation to project and shoot the spear. In its long range form the spear can be launched without a form, simply being a phantasmal form of a spear, but in this form it can be seen and heard by its large whistling sound. The alternative, although this is only if you have the time, it can be launched as the true spear, being 3 meters in length, without being seen. When the spear first impacts something, it begins to spin rapidly before exploding in a large concussive force. The close range version of the Spear allows the user to coat their hand in a dense form of wind chakra, giving the initial attack a piercing effect before the concussive blast. (Speed of the long range spear is maxed at 650 although the short range version is comprised of the users total speed. ) Against defenses this technique gains + 150 force, this is due to the spear constantly rotating into the attack until the defense is broken or shattered. This boost is only triggered once an object or opponent has been hit by the first impact.
Drawbacks: with its Long range variant it is impossible to control how or which way the spear explodes, causing it to damage any friendlies in the immediate area. In the Close range variant however, if the user’s body cannot handle the immediate pressure and cause their body to take half of the damage of the attack. In short if the user’s endurance is at least half or less of the attack then the user will take subsequent damage such as large gashes or cuts along the arm that was used.

Description: This technique was created by Reishin Hyuuga as a way to not only forcefully close Teketsu through the Gentle Fist, but ultimately destroy them beyond repair. The technique serves as eight distinct strikes that target a specific area of pressure points and chakra points, using only the hands as blades. The chakra that covers the user’s hands or more specifically their fingertips can be used as a newer extension of the attack, allowing the chakra to be extended as a spear in case the strike misses.

-During the duration of the technique, the user receives a boost of +200 speed due to the precise chakra control used in the activation of the jutsu. This boost only lasts for the duration of the eight strikes only.

- The user creates a thin blade of chakra over their hands with the use of their gentle fist training, with the addition of the Byakugan to hit the pressure points with each hit the opponent loses -15 chakra. In addition if the opponent’s endurance is lower than the force of the jutsu, instead of the tenketsu point being closed it is instead ruptured and destroyed. The sole reason is due to the chakra blade that the user hits the opponent with which severs the chakra point at its base level causing it to rupture. Rupturing the chakra point causes an imbalance in the opponents chakra flow ultimately causing their bodie's natural chakra flow to become unstable. Due to this the opponent permanently loses chakra.

-If one of the attacks misses, the user can use the chakra surrounding their hands to extend into the form of a five meters thin spear that when connected to an opponent’s tenketsu point, it shuts it down causing them to lose -15 chakra which lasts for four posts. In addition, it also shuts down the afflicted limb for three posts.

-The technique initiates with a forward thrust with the users hand (initiating the speed boost), once connected the user flicks their wrist using their strength to lift the opponent into the air before dashing forward. The next couple of hits occur within seconds if the combo is continued with an upward thrust (causing the chakra to extend into a blade), the users hands moving faster at this point to hit the points in the back, arms and legs before ending the attack with the user finally appearing in front of the user and thrusting their hand into their abdomen and forcing them backwards. Due to the user’s fast movements they leave behind a small after-image.

The force will need to be lowered some as 2x chakra alone would make this S rank, or you could spring for gold and make it SS. Hmm the 200 speed boost and this coupled with it's ability to drain chakra is fine for S rank but it would require a higher tier S cost rather than a lower one. Additionally I'd like you to define what a ruptured chakra point would cause exactly as I'm not sure what entirely you mean and If possible I'd rather not have to guess.

So to sum it up, drop some of it's force and/or up the rank itself and up the cost if you would please.
